Advanced Tips:

On Scale or Pop-in like animations, instead of 0% for the smaller value use something like 1% to remain visible. At 0%, the initial frame will be blank.
Compounding a clip after AddMotion effect has been applied allows you to control the speed of the animation using FCPX Speed Ramping.
Combine ColorTrails with colorize turned off with Motion Blur High to get exaggerated blurs on moves.
