The AEJuice Replace Expressions script for After Effects allows you to replace expressions in the entire project with just 1 click.

1. Select scope: project, selection, active composition, selected layers, or selected properties
2. Select if you want the script to go through nested compositions
3. Type what to search for and what to replace it with
4. Press Replace
