I have renewed my subscription to TotalFX 360 and have a new license. I can’t add this new license, even though my old license has expired. How do I fix this?
Please contact us with your order number and your previous serial number. We will contact support at NewBlue on your behalf. We’ll ensure your old serial number is removed and the new one is added to your account.
Afterward, you’ll need to log out of the NewBlue App Manager and log in again. That should pick up the new serial number automatically.
