What makes this product unique?

The premise of this product is to take one type of brick wall or pavement and then have mutations of it in various forms of decay, weathering or patterning. This means you can easily iterate. If you don’t like a look you can easily select a different option to add more weathering and decay. It’s incredibly versatile!
