Sharpen Your Tracks with Clarity and Spark
Vitamin is a multiband harmonic enhancer that can make any track sound powerful and full of spark. Ideal for studio mixing and mastering and for live sound.
Vitamin Sonic Enhancer is the audio equivalent of powerful Photoshop image settings that make colors more vivid, sharpen edges, increase contrast, and revive focus. Now you can bring out all the sonic details of individual tracks, groups, or your full masters, in a way that’s not possible with any other kind of processor.
This multiband harmonic enhancer uses a powerful blend of parallel EQ, dynamics, and saturation under the hood—and gives you easy control through the no-brainer user interface. You get a focused, vital result, comparable to what you would get from a complex parallel chain—fast.
Bring Out the Very Best in Your Masters
While ideal on individual tracks of buses, Vitamin is unparalleled in mastering, allowing you to take a song to its full potential. Thanks to parallel processing, you can dial in as much detail and nuance as you want.
Widen, Enhance, and Focus
Each band has a stereo width control. You can make room for a vocal right in front of the mix; narrow the low frequencies to master for vinyl; spread the midrange to differentiate instruments; or dial in maximum high frequency width to create a breathtaking stereo image.
5 Bands for Fantastic Flexibility
Variable crossover frequencies let you customize each band’s range to best match your music. The Solo and Bypass buttons make it easy to isolate each band for precise crossover adjustments.
Shape Transients with Punch
With Vitamin bringing out the detail, you’ll hear transients with more clarity than ever before. The Punch control can emphasize them further for a more “in your face” sound, or pull transients back for a softer attack.
Powerful Presets
Over 50 presets cover piano, strings, drums, overheads, bass, voice, guitar, beats, percussion, and more—and of course, there are superb presets for mastering. You’ll be up and running fast with Vitamin.

Waves’ latest version works on newer sub-versions of these DAWs, unless stated otherwise.
Waves plugins comply with the major audio plugin formats (VST3, AU, AAX).
If your DAW is not listed below, but supports VST3, AU or AAX, it should work fine with our software.
Your DAW must be running on an operating system that supports it in order for plugins to work properly. To confirm that your DAW version is supported on your operating system, please refer to your DAW’s website.

General:
- These specs are for software version 15.
- V15 supports 64-bit only.

- With the release of Waves V13 plugins, we announce full official Apple Silicon support for host applications that are themselves Apple Silicon-compatible. We will work to provide official ARM support for more host applications as they become Silicon-compatible. We will update this page with new developments as they are available.
